Any of, or the mixture of non-reducing polysaccharides remaining after intense enzymatic digestion of starch or glycogen. The enzymes remove terminal sugar residues (molecules) but cannot remove branch point linkages, thus, the limitation and the approptriate name "limit dextrin". See also dextrin.
